When you perform a scan, our system automatically collects technical metadata, including:

  • Operating system and platform
  • Screen resolution and hardware concurrency
  • Timezone and language settings
  • Active browser plugins (metadata only)

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our security services
  • Process your Pro upgrade requests and support inquiries
  • Analyze threat patterns and update our heuristic engine
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts

3. Data Retention

We retain your scan history to provide you with historical security reports. Free users' history is retained for 7 days, while Pro users enjoy lifetime history retention. You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

4. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. All data transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS protocols.
